Planetary Mixer
We manufacture Planetary mixer, mainly used for processing sensitive and hazardous heterogeneous compositions by customers. In this mixing device, low to medium viscosity resins/ binders as well as several dried particulate fillers with particle size less than 1 micron to 300 micron under high vacuum are processed.
The Planetary mixer comprises a mixer, a hydraulic drive unit and a bowl with trolley. It runs by a remote operating control system with PLC & SCADA, together with power back-up system. This allows remote viewing at the time of mixing.
This mixing assembly of a planetary nature performs maximum output after installation of gearbox, variable speeds, along with electronic control. We can customize this mixing device according to clients demand.
